Fun day with Friends!

Today was spent with some blogging friends and a good day was had by all! Lelia(Stitches of Life), Coni (Spinster Stitcher) and Chrissy, and Paisley(Stitchin'Post) met up at House of Stitches in LaPorte, IN. After shopping away for some new stash, really I was good just some fabrics and floss for the NANI stitch along and one small pattern. Well I did have to get the patterns and linen for the NANI stitch along. We all headed out to lunch together. Good food, laughs, and stories where enjoyed by all. I hope that the rest of you had as much fun as I did. We will have to do that again or maybe just meet some place and stitch for the day!! I have made some progress on the wolf after getting home I did decide to put it away and start stitching on something a little smaller (would like to have a finish) I started the freebie Snow from My Big Toe Designs I am doing it on a blue grey fabric using a white needle necessitie thread. Tuesday at the NANI meeting we will be starting a Drawn Thread stitch along "My Favorite Things" so I think I will be working on that for the next week.
Until next time
May you be blessed with stitches,

Goodness GF, it really was a fun time. Delightful shopping & awesome lunch.

How about sharing a progress picture of your stitching??? I'd love to see how far you are.

The Superbowl ended - I just unpacked my bag from Saturday. I was pretty good, too -- am looking forward to the SAL.

Tomorrow, I hope to watch the tatting dvd's from the library & give it a try. I plan to hound our Linda into showing me how the experts do it.

Hi Karol, that Boston that you are stitching on your last post is too cute. I might have to do that one. So glad that you stopped by my blog.

My goodness, Karol! I thought I had you on my blog reader but apparently I don't. I swear I'm on autopilot way too much these days!

Anyhoo, I wanted to say that I enjoyed meeting with you and the gals and I hope we can all get together again soon!
