A new Start and some finishes!

Today I was able to get started on the birth sampler for our newest nephew. This is what I picked out for him. I thought it was cute love the little babies!

I did not get to far because we spent the afternoon at his sister's first birthday. My SIL and her hubby have three beautiful adopted children. A three year old, one that just turned one and one that is two months old. Needless to say they have their handsful.
This week I stitched up two of our projects for our NANI EGA guild that I will be teaching.
The first is a Victoria Sampler Christmas Rose:

The second is a bookmark done by needlelace.

I hope the other guild members will enjoy the classes.
Until next time
May you be blessed with stitches,
Karol

Stitching & Watching the Olympics

I have spent the weekend stitching and watching the Olympics. Unfourtnatelly no pics because it is a gift and not sure if the person checks out my blog or not. But that is done and I got started on something else this evening so stay tuned for some pics in the future. I have also been enjoying the Olympics how about you? Hope everyone has had a nice Valentine day!
Until next time
May you be blessed with stitches,
Karol

A finish

Whohoo! I finished up my name tag for my Chicago ANG guild:

It was a fun little stitch. Yesterday I went shopping with some of my stitching friends. I picked up the supplies for some classes I will be taking so stay tuned! Today I started on a project that is a secret so no pics. The board of the EGA guild I am in alway stitches something for the outgoing president so I got it started.
How about those Saints! Even though I live in Indiana I was pulling for the Saints. Yes I am a Bears fan. Plus couldn't go against the Brees being that he is a Boilermaker.
I hope that you all are getting plenty of stitching time this winter.
Until next time,
May you be blessed with stitches,
Karol
